Shipping Policy – The Goat Way 🐐✨

At Fainting Goat Tea, we pack every order with care and a little farm love before sending it on its way. Our goats may be speedy on the hills, but we let the mail carriers handle the deliveries! Here’s how it works:

• Processing Time: Orders trot out of the barn within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll get an email when your package is on its way.
• Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days once shipped.
• Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location—no goat math required.
• Tracking: Every order comes with a tracking number so you can follow your tea’s journey from our farm to your mug.
• Where We Ship: Right now, we ship anywhere in the United States. For international tea lovers, send us a note at faintinggoattea@gmail.com before ordering.
• Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package arrives looking like it rolled in the hay—or doesn’t arrive at all—email us within 7 days and we’ll help fix it.
